Creative in Chicago has a cute free printable Birthday card. The card comes in green & orange, Purple & Pink, and Purple & Blue. (I know that was probably a confusing way to list the colors but you will understand once you go there.) She also has some great before and after shots as she is trying to revamp her home. Worth a look if you are into a good before and after.
