I am so excited that this project is finally done. It has been three years in the making. It all started at a yard sale when I spotted "her". I immediately fell in love despite the ripped fabric and faded wood stain (so sad I don't have a before pic. You would be ShoCked!). My husband would say that, "she needed me". I never had reupholstered anything before but I never let the details stop me. I took her home sanded her down and then I searched for the perfect fabric that day. Didn't find any, moved a few times and so she sat. Three years with two little girls needing some seating in their room later, I set back to work. So with no more further ado, I present "her" to you!
Isn't she adorable!
All I need to do now is make a little red polka dot pillow and she'll be PERFECT!!
So forgive me for showing off the backside but the sanding, staining, and poly
took more time than the actual upholstery work.
So that's what I have been up to this week. Hope you enjoyed this little PolkaDot Chair.

You are so creative. I could look forever and never find something I could do something like this with and a big part of it is I just don't think creative like this.
Ooo, I love it!! It's very fun and pretty, too!!!
